The box is designed and indended for checking all I/O signals in AJD printers using 16-pin plug and 7-pin PS socket.
It makes possible check whether inputs and outputs work properly.
Box is powered from the printer and there is no nessesary to connect additional cables. Just only two cables need to be connected.
Box enables:
– trigger product sensor PNP signal simulation
– entering input text list using external text selection ; BIT0, BIT1, BIT2
– resetting text list
– resetting internal counter
– resetting OPS
– resetting print mark divider
– observe outputs status : ready, printing mode, empty, alarm mode
