Mobile suction unit for colour printing systems.
The big particles are separated by means of a  prefilter of the category F5. The unit is equipped with an activated carbon filter for the separation of the gases.
The housing is made of rugh stable sheet steel construction and is totally powder coated (inside and even outside) As a standard, the device is delivered with a filter lifting system that guarantees the absolute tightness and although the separation degree of the filtering unit. The unit is delivered along with a high performance high-pressure turbine.
One can set the suction performance such as the operating hours by means of the transparency keyboard
You find the suction opening on the top of the cover for the connection of a hose size100 mm.
The filter unit is delivered ready for plug-in incl. a 5,0 m cable. The filtered air is reconducted into the working room by means of a silencer. The air is leaded outside by means of the outblow spigot size 100mm.
The equipment can be started by the Sub D-9 connection.Thus conclusions can be drawn over the pure pressure time over the operation hours of the suction unit!
